At Kenosha’s Digital Obituary, we take great care in creating personalized digital tributes that honor your loved ones with dignity and beauty. Because our products are custom-made and delivered digitally, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

✅ Revisions & Corrections

If you notice an error in your order (such as a misspelled name, incorrect date, or missing element), we will gladly make corrections at no additional charge within 7 days of delivery.

💬 Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your digital obituary or tribute video, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer a revision or partial refund based on the issue.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed digital obituaries, tribute videos, or photo restorations

  • Services where final files have already been delivered and approved

  • Custom work involving third-party music or licensed content
